Where do we ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide, including all states and territories.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes between 8 and 15 business days once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over AU$75. A flat rate of AU$7.95 applies to orders under AU$75.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Glow Circle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
